This coming Saturday 4th October a group of school supporters are
organising a 40 kilometre sponsored
cycle around our local countryside to raise funds to buy resources for our school. A few of us on the staff are going to join in
and if there are any keen cyclists out there (adults only) who’d like to join
us please let me know ASAP so I can provide a sponsorship card and further
details etc. All are very welcome.

I am pleased to say that we are going
to have our second “Great Kilcoskan
Harvest Fair” this year on Friday, 10th October. Further details
will come closer to the event and of course parents will be welcome. Our conker competition will happen on this
day too. For now, we ask that parents might:
o
Bake cakes for our coffee shop and
stall on the day.
o
Provide some home grown fruit / veg.
for us to sell on the day.
o
Donate some raffle prizes.
o
Let us know of any bluegrass /
country or traditional musicians who might like to perform on the day.
If
you can do any of the above, please let us know at reception.
