Dear Parents,
I am pleased to confirm that the Great Kilcoskan Sunday Market will be held again this year, on Sunday 15th June 2014 from 11.30am – 5pm. It promises to be another great and fun filled day, helping to raise some funds for our school along the way.
What do we need?
• Parents to volunteer to work at stalls for the day.
• New ideas for stalls – we’ll have a quick get together at 9am this Friday morning (30th May) at the school for anyone who has ideas or thinks they could help in any way.
• Cakes and buns for the tea and coffee stall – more information on this will be provided closer to market day.
• Toys - in excellent condition only. Teddies etc. must be clean. Games and jigsaws etc. must be complete. These can be dropped to the school up to Wednesday 11th June.
• Raffle prizes – eg. Wine, sweets, perfumes, hamper prizes etc. These can be dropped at reception from now.
Other information:
• If you would like to have a stall at the market they cost €25. Please contact Terri at reception for further information on this.
We would really like to see our full school community supporting Kilcoskan NS on the day so please tell your family and friends to mark the calendar for 15th June.
