The week of 19th - 23rd November 2012 was Friendship Week in Kilcoskan NS. Whilst we really try to make every week a friendship week in our school by always being nice and treating others as we would like to be treated, during this special week our pupils did lots of lessons and activities focusing on friendship forming, social skills and good communication. In our senior classes the boys and girls discussed how to stamp out bullying. In January we'll be returning to this important topic, with a visit from the anti bullying Sticks and Stones drama group. A special well done to our 1st and 2nd class pupils who made probably the longest friendship bracelet in the world!!!
