It might be nearly the dark days of winter but here in Kilcoskan our footballers are busy training hard on the yard (to avoid our soggy pitch!) Champions as we all know aren't just made on match day, but in the days, weeks and months of practice they put in before ever playing games. Last year our team won the Joe Crowe Cup for our school and very nearly won the Fingal League. That said, our football training is fun for everyone involved right now and so it should be. Football in Kilcsokan isn't just about competition but skills development, fun and working together. Well done all and thanks to Teachers Trish and Aisling and to Terri for helping out.
