Our team of super chefs including pupils, parents and of course Brian (chef extraordinaire!) managed to cook pancakes for the whole school again this Pancake Tuesday! All our pupils came to the staffroom to help and then got to put toppings of their choice onto their pancakes. Thanks to all who helped and we managed to raise money for The National Children's Hospital in Tallaght too, so it was all for a very good cause!
