News Updates for March

Dear Parents / Guardians,

The following is our monthly information note for March, to keep you up to date with the goings on in Kilcoskan NS.

• ·     Thank you to all who supported our Pancake Party today, in aid of the National Children’s Hospital Tallaght. If your child had a pancake but has not yet paid the €2 for charity, please now do so.
• ·     Friday 7^th March: Kilcoskan Book Day – pupils may if they wish dress as a character from a book of their choice...they must also bring in the book to be able to show and discuss the character!
• ·     Swimming: Next Tuesday March 11^th is the last day of swimming for this school year.
• ·     Friday 14^th March: Pupils may if they wish wear green in honour of St. Patrick and we’ll have our now annual and legendary Céilí Mór on the day.
• ·     St.Patrick’s Weekend: School will be closed on Monday 17^th and Tuesday 18^th March and will reopen on Wednesday 19^th March at 9am as normal.
• ·     Looking forward to April:

o   Exceptional Day of Closure: Friday April 4^th as previously communicated, for staff training.

o   Easter holidays: Closed from Monday 14^th April to Friday 25^th April inclusive.
